The Cytal Lite is designed for situations where every gram counts and thermal management is essential. Weighing less than 200g, the Cytal Lite was designed to achieve the lowest possible weight while providing optimized protection and incredible thermal management.

Inspired by the Cytal and Cytal Carbon, POC has updated and improved the structure of the helmet shell to save weight on the EPS interior and optimize airflow, which is perfectly suited to the needs of climbers and mountain pass riders or riders who are often out and about in hot climates.

Every aspect of the helmet - the adjustment system, the straps, the strap dividers - is weight-optimized to be as light and comfortable as possible. The result is a helmet that offers optimized protection in an extremely lightweight, ventilated and comfortable package.

Structurally strong
Shell and liner combine to reinforce structural integrity and provide ultimate lightweight impact protection.

Lightweight EPS liner
A low-density EPS liner keeps the weight as low as possible while still providing impact protection.

Lightweight in-mold PC shell
The outer PC shell is reduced wherever possible, covering the inner only where absolutely necessary to save as many grams as possible.

Open padding structure
The comfort padding on the front of the helmet only has vertical padding, which allows more airflow over the forehead and keeps the weight down.

Integrated wing
A thinner integrated wing helps control airflow through and around the helmet and improves helmet ventilation.

Lightweight straps
The helmet is held securely in place thanks to the lightweight straps.

An easily adjustable fit system makes it easy for you as the user to find a secure and comfortable fit.
